Danish death metallers BAEST sign worldwide deal with Century Media Records!
Century Media Records is proud to announce the worldwide signing of Danish death metal act BAEST, whose moniker translates to ‘beast’ or ‘brute’ in the band’s native language and fits just perfectly to the group’s vicious sound. Highly influenced by bands such as Bloodbath, Grave, Entombed and Dismember, who are renowned for their savage Boss HM-2 pedal abusing guitar tone, BAEST have a deadly old school backbone and combine with their own creative edge and incredible, ferocious live energy.
We are stoked to announce that we are going to Germany this summer, to visit one of the greatest metal festivals! This one is going to go crazy – we are coming to conquer – we are coming to rip this place apart!
"A new discovery that managed to convince our whole team early this year is the Danish death metal band BAEST!

We've just returned from one of the craziest gigs ever. Monday night 21.30 PM at the Rising Stage at the huge festival Roskilde Festival, we had a blast with thousands of guests. Even though this isn't the regular metal audience, everyone was up for moshing and even for a huuuge wall of death!

Baest got together in 2015, and since their live debut at the Danish Royal Metal Fest in Aarhus in 2016, they have been talk of the town. The Aarhus-based band have proved themselves to be a solid upcoming metal act who knows how to make the ground quake and tremble.
The five-piece put out their debut EP, Marie Magdalene...
Out of nowhere we just received the award for best Upcoming Band from HEAVYMETAL.DK
They wrote the following about the award:
"In short time Baest has conquered the danish metal scene and can already now be labeled as a well established band. This last year, the band has impressed on all fronts. From their heavy compositions and rousing live shows to their impertinent attitude on social media, they never differ from what they are: a real BAEST!" - HEAVYMETAL.DK
